This exhibition is not strictly themed, but artists are encouraged to submit work that represents your interpretation of the title. Consider artworks that are luminous, bright, hopeful, reflective either literally or in concept, and reviving in spirit.

Flora and Fauna: Artist Alliance at TECHNE Art Center

Exhibition On View: September 7–October 12, 2024

Featuring 168 artworks by 25 artists, his exhibition showcases both abstract and representational artworks inspired by the natural world. The gallery explodes in color and form with an overwhelming sensory overload of work and presentation. The diversity of works highlights the changing styles, iconography, and expansiveness in the current contemporary art world.

Radiant: Artist Alliance at SIP Art Space

April 12-May 17, 2024

This juried exhibition of artwork by Oceanside Museum of Art (OMA)’s Artist Alliance features work that represents the artists' interpretation of the title “Radiant” – work that is brilliant, bold, and inspired in appearance or spirit. 

Artistic Resurgence: Artist Alliance at Ashton Gallery

January 6–26, 2024

Presenting artwork that explores the feeling of upwelling, rebounding, and triumphant revitalization of creativity and artistic expression. Artwork will be on view at Ashton Gallery in North Park. Juried by Vallo Riberto, independent curator.

Color Pop! Artist Alliance at University Club

October 23, 2023-January 20, 2024

Featuring the vibrant and dynamic intensity of pure pigment, lively and luminous in a variety of hues, tints, and shades. Artwork will be on view at The University Club Atop Symphony Towers in downtown San Diego. Juried by Maria Mingalone, Oceanside Museum of Art Executive Director.

Healing the Divide: Artist Alliance at Ashton Gallery @ Art on 30th

January 14-February 3, 2023

Presenting artwork that explores our connections with one another and finding common experiences through creative expression. Artwork will be on view at Ashton Gallery in North Park. Juried by Wendy Wilson-Gibson, Director of the Bonita Museum & Cultural Center in South Bay San Diego.

Parallel Views: Artist Alliance at the Studio Door

September 3-30, 2022

Presenting artwork that celebrates the natural beauty of Southern California and the region’s rich architectural history with artworks featuring landscapes and/or built structures in Southern California. Artwork will be on view at The Studio Door in Hillcrest. Juried by gallery director Patric Stillman.

Dreams and Daylight: Artist Alliance at Sparks Gallery

April 30-July 3, 2022

This juried exhibition at Sparks Gallery in San Diego’s downtown Gaslamp Quarter features a cross-section of artwork by the museum’s talented Artist Alliance members exploring the real, imaginary, and abstract impressions of our waking and sleeping lives, selected by juror Sonya Sparks.

Renewal: Artist Alliance at Front Porch

March 13-May 7, 2022

This juried exhibition at OMA will feature a cross-section of artwork by the museum’s talented Artist Alliance members. The exhibition is not strictly themed, but artists are encouraged to submit work that represents an interpretation of the title Renewal. Artwork will be on view at Front Porch Gallery in Carlsbad. Submissions will be accepted exclusively through OnlineJuriedShows.com. Juried by gallery director Julie Weaverling.
