Jacob Lawrence’s artwork is known for dynamic compositions, stellar colors, and a collage-like appearance with a bit of Cubism mixed in. This prominent African American artist believed artwork should be universal, clear, and strongly composed. Join Robin Douglas for a two-day workshop that will explore Lawrence’s energetic style and create your own work of art that embodies strength, clarity, and universality.
