When determining the market value for your artwork, please consider that bidding will start at one-third of the stated market value for the artwork, and the artist will receive 40% of the proceeds of successful sales. For example, artwork with a market value of $900 would have an opening bid of $300. If it sold at $300, the artist would receive $120. While we hope all artwork sells, and that it does so at market value or higher, there are no guarantees.
