In the last two years, OMA’s Artist Alliance affiliate group has nearly doubled its membership. OMA directors and collaborating curators have recognized the quickly progressing professional growth and caliber of Artist Alliance members through regular exhibitions presented at OMA/Herbert B. Turner Galleries, Southfair in Del Mar. An integral part of OMA’s mission is supporting local and regional artists, and this juried exhibition provides the museum an opportunity to showcase the exceptional talent of artists who have in turn supported the museum as part of this affiliate membership group.

The call for submissions was met with a staggering response! Over 850 high quality artworks were submitted from more than 200 talented artists. In order to showcase the maximum number of stunning artworks created by OMA’s Artist Alliance membership affiliate group, the exhibition was presented in two groups: The first group is on view from July 11–October 4, 2015, and the second group from October 10, 2015–January 3, 2016.
