Oceanside Days Of Art
As part of Oceanside Days of Art, OMA offers half-price admission to its indoor exhibitions during regular museum hours of 11:00am–5:00pm on Saturday and noon to 5:00pm on Sunday. The El Camino High School National Art Honor Society will be on the OMA terrace displaying their ceramics on Sunday.
The 25th annual Oceanside Days of Art will be held this weekend at the corner of Coast Hwy 101 and Pier View Way in downtown Oceanside from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Oceanside Museum of Art will be open and offer half price admission on Saturday from 11:00am to 5:00pm and on Sunday from noon to 5:00pm. ODA is a juried fine art festival featuring up to and sometimes over 100 local artists selling a variety of unique artwork including paintings, sculptures, glass, ceramics, fine jewelry, and photography. The festival which is offered free to the public has live stage performances, children’s and adult’s hands on art activities, street chalk artist, painting and sculpture demonstrations, and a delicious variety of food choices in the food court.

Workshop: Impressionistic And Expressionistic Painting
Create unique and thoughtful paintings on multiple surfaces using various methods of applying paint during this two-day workshop with Robin Douglas. Paint thick dabs like Monet, drip and splash like Pollock, or pool paint like Frankenthaler. We will also blend colors like O’Keeffe and experiment with color theory by Itten. All supplies provided.
Lecture: Modern And Contemporary Art (1900–Present)
