Plein Air Paint Out with OMA Artist Alliance: The Star Theater

Paint the street view of the iconic Star Theater! As the day ends, stay to capture the iconic lights illuminating the building. Parking and restrooms are available at the nearby Civic Center.

Whether you’re a seasoned plein air painter or just starting your artistic journey, this event is for you! Beginners and experienced painters can find fresh inspiration in the urban and natural landscape.

How to Participate:

Bring your painting supplies, easel, and canvases. Don’t forget sunscreen and a hat for the California sun!

Plein Air Paint Out with OMA Artist Alliance: Oceanside Pier

Come paint the Oceanside Pier at the end of Pier View Way or the surrounding Oceanside beach shops and coastline! We’ll meet at the start of the Pier at 2:00pm and fan out from there. Free parking is available at the lot at the corner of Seagaze and S Cleveland Drives or metered parking can be found immediately adjacent to the Pier. Public restrooms are available.
