Special Note for Caregivers & Healthcare Providers:

Earn eight (8) CE while nurturing yourself! After purchasing your ticket, email Lea at hello@creativeselfcompassion.com to earn CE for this class.
Caregiving and healthcare work present unique demands that often lead to burnout. For healthcare professionals, prioritizing self-care isn't just important, it's an ethical imperative. When you integrate effective self-care strategies into your everyday routine, you not only prevent burnout ~ you also reduce the likelihood of professional impairment.
Learning objectives for healthcare professionals: describe the three components of self-compassion; describe three benefits to practicing self-compassion; list the three components of burnout; apply learning about burnout and self-care as an ethical imperative to reduce the likelihood of professional impairment; discuss the importance of completing the stress response cycle as a way to avoid burnout; list two current research studies on the effects and effectiveness of creative practice in managing stress.
