TIJUANA ART TOUR

Join unDocumenta curator Alessandra Moctezuma and art collector Larry Poteet for a guided tour to one of Mexico’s most important cultural centers, visits to notable Tijuana artists’ spaces, and gourmet culinary experiences.

Travel by luxury coach from OMA to the Tijuana Cultural Center (CECUT) for a guided tour of the Jaime Ruiz Otis exhibition. A gourmet lunch will be provided at Cubo Bistro, the new contemporary restaurant at CECUT by renowned chef Javier Plascencia. The afternoon will include visits to studios of notable Tijuana artists­ Daniel Ruanova and Mely Barragán as well as one other studio. The trip will conclude at La Caja Galería for a tour with owner Arturo Rodríguez complemented by a VOGOT culinary experience with wine and appetizers that involves all five senses. The group will leave from OMA at 9:00am sharp and return by approximately 8:00pm, depending on traffic. Additional pick-up/drop-off locations are available at the Old Town Transit Center and in the Vons shopping center off Del Mar Heights Road. A valid passport is required.  
Due to booking requirements, no refunds will be given after October 15. Any cancellations before that date will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee.
