All Plein Air Festival artists must check-in at OMA and have the surfaces on which they would like to create artwork stamped prior to beginning their artwork in order to participate in the competition. Get here early so you have more time to paint! Pick up your welcome packet including a full festival itinerary, tips for how to explore Oceanside, and information showcasing local businesses at check-in.
