The museum is located at 704 Pier View Way in downtown Oceanside. The extensive E. Gene Crain Collection presents an amazing look at the history of California Regionalism and is represented in this exhibition by 50 watercolor paintings from the 1960s, 70s and 80s. The eight artists featured explore areas of design, honed and polished over the years to reflect an individual vision that demonstrates the astonishing vigor and intensity of this late California Regionalism period. The artists are: Rex Brandt, Joan Irving, Phil Dike, Millard Sheets, Barse Miller, Robert E. Wood, Keith Crown and Judi Betts.
